The atelier is my personal retreat and at the same time the place where many of my ideas begin.
I never wanted a neutral event space. I wanted a place where cooking, design, music, art and hospitality come together. A room where I genuinely feel at home – and that is exactly the feeling I want my guests to have as well.
That is why I call this place an atelier: because this is where ideas are tested, developed, cooked, painted, discussed and celebrated.
Lohberger & Salzburg.
At the centre is the Lohberger cooking block with marble from Salzburg. The kitchen is not backstage here – it is the heart of the room.
Lyon & Paul Bocuse.
The legs of the large table come from Lyon – a city I will always associate with Paul Bocuse and great culinary culture.
Paris & Hotel Costes.
The chairs come from Hotel Costes in Paris. I love exactly that mix of ease and elegance.
Music & art.
SONOS sound is as much a part of the room as my own paintings. Art by Marius Mutschinski – right between the kitchen and the table.
The evening
You are not just sitting at the table. You are right in the middle of it.
The open kitchen is part of the evening. You see a dish come together, listen to music, have a glass of wine and still remain completely within your own group.
That sense of closeness is what makes the atelier special: personal, relaxed and still precise.
Two formats
One room. Two ways to experience it.
The atelier is reserved exclusively for one group at a time. Menu, service and flow are tailored to the occasion.
Atelier Dinner · up to 12 guests
A seated menu around one table. Calm, personal and close to the open kitchen. For birthdays, anniversaries, family evenings or private dinners.
Kitchen Party · up to 30 guests
More open, dynamic and social. Small dishes, drinks, music and changing moments around the kitchen and table.
